We apply a special heat treatment with a processing depth of 8mm to the surface of this excavator undercarriage parts, so it is hard and wear resistance when used in severe working conditions.

4. Sophisticated Manufacturing
In the production of our bulldozer undercarriage parts, we apply several processes including forging, quenching, tempering, welding, machining, assembling, surface finishing, and paint spraying.

5. Good Sealing Property
Each of our finished excavator parts goes through the 2.4MPa water pressure and passes and air tightness test, so that they are each well sealed.

1. Material : 50Mn, Copper.
2. Surface Finish : In accordancewith the Ra1.6 in GB / T 1031 - 2009.
3. Color : The conventional standard colors are yellow and black, other colors are customizable.
4. Surface Hardness : The hardness is HRC50 - 56 and the depth is 6mm - 8mm.
5. Quality Standard : MTT676 - 1997.
