Front Idler

Front idlers are installed on the crawler belt and used to guide the crawler belt's movement. We have developed and patented CBT's unique front idler (patent number: 200810070734.1) for excavators and bulldozers from  Komatsu, Caterpillar, Hitachi, Sumitomo, Kobelco, Kato, and Daewoo.

2. Surface finish: In accordance with the Ra1.6 in GB / T 1031-2009.
3. Color: The conventional standard colors are yellow and black; customization is available.
4. Surface hardness: The hardness is HRC50-56 and the depth is 6mm-8mm.
5. Design standard: JBT2983.2 2001.
